Mining Operations
Key personnel have over 18 years’ experience from greenfields to brownfields operations where knowledge, skill level and performance has been the foundation of mining services provided. Have good working relations with expats of other nationalities both on a professional and social basis.
• Proficiency in setting and reviewing mine plans from short to long term planning
• Pit ,Dump Designs and Scheduling
• The preparation of yearly budget for mining operations
• Mine plans are followed and in line with budget.
• Mining fleet productivity to meet targets.
• Monitor mining unit costs in terms of drilling, blasting & hauling.
• The grade expected from the pit mining faces (Mine to Mill recon)
• The ROM requirements in terms of grade and inventory
• ROM feed blending requirements for crushing
• TSF Construction, Buttressing & Lifts Construction
• WRD (Waste Rock Dump) & Dam Construction
• WRD (Waste Rock Dump) Rehabilitation
